About
I was born & raised in Albuquerque, NM, USA. For those unsure of the location, that’s in the SW United States. . . Between Texas and Arizona. I occasionally still get asked if I need a visa to come and go from New Mexico. I have to just laugh. The question was more common when I was a kid, upon my summer visits to Maryland. My east coast friends used to ask. I finally gave up explaining it and gave into their ideas about living in teepees or rounding up the wagons at night! I told them we had Taco Trees and Burrito Bushes. I’m just awful!!! hehehe Later on, I set them straight.
Since adulthood, I have lived a few other places (Maryland, South Dakota, and Texas), but I’m back in Albuquerque now. I have family here. I’m Divorced. I have a Degree in Communications. I adore my 2 cats. I’m a nut for weather, especially intense weather. I enjoy writing. I’m an avid photographer and a ham-radio operator. I’m also a hot air balloon pilot (since 1981). My favorite time of year is Autumn.

Thanks!! I’m glad you’re back in town!

Hi Paula,
I’m designing a web site banner for a personal project with a few friends using Site Build-it. They have a template with lightning. I like your photo much better and wonder if you’d approve of my using this photo from your Flickr.
